Collection: State of Georgia Overseer Thomas A. Pulliam, Sr.

Overseer Thomas A. Pulliam, Sr. is a Holy Spirit filled visionary shepherd with a soldier’s discipline and a strategist’s mind. He serves as the State Overseer of Georgia and the National Overseer of Church and Business Development for Kingdom Connection Fellowship International. In these roles, he works to lead with grace, grit, and God’s glory. God declared him to labor at building bridges between faith and finance, worship and wisdom, and pulpits and purpose.

He is the founding pastor of Heavens Harvest Ministries, a spiritual cornerstone since 2009. Whether preaching soul-stirring sermons, organizing statewide fellowships, or launching new ministries in McDonough, his leadership echoes with integrity, innovation, and intercession.

He is also a proud U.S. Army veteran and a Georgia State University alumnus. He balances ministry and mission while mentoring leaders, growing churches, and loving his family fiercely—especially his wife Sonia, his sons TJ, Princeton, and Quinton, and his energetic Goldendoodle sidekick, Polar. Overseer Pulliam isn’t just leading the charge for Kingdom growth with divine order and strategic excellence—he’s shaping the future.
